Meet Brendan
After being advised by a Doctor to never play sports again and putting on extra weight, I decided to start my fitness journey. Transforming my health inspired the loved ones around me to do the same. With success coaching them to their desired fitness goals, I knew this was my career path. I have 10 years of experience in the Fitness Industry as both Personal Trainer and General Manager. I’ve been fortunate enough to meet so many amazing people who have helped me grow in both life and fitness, which I am forever grateful. You can catch me with a big smile, positive attitude, and the passion to help you mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Meet Lauren
I started my fitness journey after college when I looked in the mirror and said “enough is ENOUGH!” With consistent training, dedication, and commitment I’ve lost over 30 pounds! I truly believe that you can do anything if you put your mind to it. Similar to Brendan, my drastic transformation inspired others around me to become better versions of themselves and I was there with them every step of the way. When I’m not training you can find me working as an accountant or photographer, planning our next vacation, cooking, buying something on Amazon, or snuggling on the couch. I can’t wait to see your transformation!
